Aussie rockers Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers played their last Glory tour date at San Fran in Wellington.

Eventually it happens - you go from showing your kids cool music to having them show you.

Eleanor introduced me to Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers a year or so back. When we saw they were playing locally, and under 18s could go with an adult, we were in.

Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers are an all-female rock act from Canberra, two and a bit albums old, and they delivered a powerful, professional set that the crowd lapped up from beginning to end. They had a great on stage energy, it still feels like they enjoy their work. Love to see a group still far from jaded or cynical.

Opening act Ivy delivered a short and tight set of melodic, Radiohead influenced alt-rock and got a great reception from the crowd.
